Imperial Jasper is a rare orbicular jasper found exclusively in the mountains of Jalisco, Mexico. Supply has tightened significantly in recent years, making quality material increasingly difficult to source. This particular cabochon was selected because of the striking pattern and large size, making it an exceptional center stone.
A member of the microcrystalline quartz family, it registers 6.5–7 on the Mohs scale — suitable for all jewelry applications including rings and bracelets. Each cabochon is hand-selected and sold with full origin disclosure.
